After time, I'd say Lloyd has earned my trust. I really couldn't count on anyone as much. He is my home’s "Superman." Two years ago, I purchased a 1958 home. It has many unwanted surprises at every turn. With much diverted, unforeseen maintenance issues. This challenge, needed a well rounded, skillful kind of person, to help tackle these things. That I for one, didn't have. Whatever comes up, it is so nice to know who to call and who to rely on. Another big plus, is his exceptional abilities and skill level. He has even taught me a few things. Proven over time, I have no doubt who I can call on. Lloyd, is that person. Luck of the draw, I would guess. He has always done his best to help me. More, than any others previously. When they say no, Lloyd says yes. Some, have said they can't solve, or fix something. Lloyd has always, figured it out. Others either wouldn't, or didn't want to take the time to find out. So basically, Lloyd now, is my first call. Never disappointed. He is very reliable and dependable. A big comfort to know and a great connection to have. A+++ Great character!

He arrived on time, reviewed the job and provided a reasonable estimate. Completed the job in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up the jobsite and removed all debris. Lloyd did an excellent job on my front door and was a complete professional for the entire experience and I would highly recommend him.
